We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The level of cleanliness in the room and throughout the hotel was great. The location was perfect as a stop-off, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city center. We also appreciated the free parking and having breakfast included. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service.

They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even moving heavy plant pots to ensure easy access. The breakfast was cooked to order and of a high standard, and the restaurant and bar food were also excellent. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a perfect blend of charm and modern amenities. The friendly welcome and exceptional customer service made this stay one to remember.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The family room I was upgraded to was luxurious, with lovely room interiors and a jacuzzi bath. The hotel had a modern bar and dining area with beautiful views of the gardens. The staff, particularly Katherine and the rest of the team, were fantastic. They provided excellent customer service, and room service was delivered promptly in less than 20 minutes.
